Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber extends its warm greetings to you and informs you of its receipt of a letter from the General Real Estate Authority, numbered (1200), dated (25/3/1445H). The letter refers to the Shihabiya contribution belonging to/managed by the Shihab Real Estate Office and its partners, located on the land with deed number (25/1), issued on (7/1/1395H), and registered with the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
Based on the Cabinet's decision number (130), dated (7/5/1429H), regarding the formation of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Cabinet's decision number (48), dated (14/2/1430H), approving the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Cabinet's decision number (297), dated (13/7/1435H), amending the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
Since the committee is in the process of selling the contribution land, and in the context of the committee's interest in the real estate contributions (liquidation) and its eagerness to enhance collaboration with commercial chambers and real estate committees, and its effort to provide greater opportunities for investors to apply for the purchase of contribution lands that the committee is working on.
